B2B service

Fixit is designed for businesses and professionals assisting their own customers.

You stay in control

The business chooses its content, channels, permissions and authorised actions.

Supervised AI

Automated replies must be configured, tested and supervised for the risk of each use case.

1. Provider and acceptance

DAWSEN SA provides Fixit. Contact us at info@ashspark.com.

By creating an account, connecting a channel or using Fixit, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. What Fixit provides

Fixit lets businesses configure knowledge, AI assistants, web chat, calendars, automations and, when enabled and connected, WhatsApp Business and voice. Some features may be in testing or require permissions, third-party approval, balance, a specific plan or an additional integration.

The description, availability, limits and price displayed in the interface or a current order form part of the purchase. A preview or feature marked pending is not an activated live channel.

3. Accounts, security and members

You must provide accurate data, protect credentials, enable available security controls and keep members and permissions current. You are responsible for actions by authorised accounts and must notify us promptly of improper access.

Do not share passwords, tokens, keys or access beyond authorised people. Fixit may block credentials or sessions that pose a risk.

4. Business data and content

The business keeps its rights in documents, instructions, conversations, contacts and other content it supplies. It grants us the limited permission needed to host, process, retrieve and transmit that content to provide Fixit.

The business is responsible for having a lawful basis, informing customers, answering their rights and avoiding unnecessary secrets or sensitive categories. We do not own that content or use it to train our own general-purpose models.

5. WhatsApp Business and Meta

To connect WhatsApp, the business must have authority over the account, portfolio and numbers it adds. It must also comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms, messaging policies, consent, service windows, approved templates and applicable law.

Meta may approve, restrict or suspend accounts, templates, numbers or permissions. Fixit does not control those decisions or guarantee approval. Do not use Fixit to evade limits, send spam, misrepresent the sender or contact people without permission.

6. Voice and artificial intelligence

You must test instructions, knowledge, hand-offs and actions before handling live traffic. If a call may be recorded or transcribed, you are responsible for notices and consent required in each jurisdiction.

AI may produce incomplete or incorrect answers. Provide human review and safe alternatives for sensitive situations. Fixit is not an emergency service and must not be used for automatic medical, legal, financial, employment or other high-impact decisions.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Fixit, or allow anyone to use it, to violate rights, safety or applicable rules.

  • Send unsolicited, fraudulent or deceptive communications, or impersonate another person or business.
  • Collect data covertly, process sensitive categories without need or attempt to reidentify anonymous data.
  • Distribute malware, interfere with the service, deliberately evade technical limits or access another organisation.
  • Infringe intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, consumer, telecommunications or trade-sanctions rules.
  • Use the service for harassment, unlawful discrimination, exploitation, physical harm or illegal activity.

8. Trials, plans and payment

The free calendar does not require a paid subscription. An AI trial starts only when explicitly activated and shows its limits and duration. Prices on /pricing are planned launch prices; new registrations and paid checkout are not open yet. Asking about a plan does not result in a charge.

Once checkout is available, AI plans will be billed in advance and renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes; the total, applicable taxes and billing cycle will be shown before payment confirmation. Future price changes will be communicated before an affected renewal so you can cancel. They do not change periods already paid for.

For purchases through Paddle, Paddle is the authorized reseller and seller for the transaction, handles payment and applicable taxes, and issues the receipt. DAWSEN SA provides Fixit and its support. Paddle's buyer terms apply to those transactions.

Unused monthly credits roll over. After cancelling, you retain and may spend paid credits until they run out without restarting a subscription. Paid AI pauses when the balance runs out; the free calendar remains available. There are no automatic top-ups or overage charges. Phone number rental, telephone traffic, and templates or messages charged by Meta are outside the subscription; rates are shown before channel activation.

You can request cancellation before the next renewal through the management link in your Paddle receipt, at paddle.net or by emailing info@ashspark.com. It takes effect at the end of the paid period. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of each subscription or top-up payment, even if you have used the service. A refund removes the credits and entitlements from that payment. See /refunds for the procedure and your rights.

9. Intellectual property

Fixit, its software, design, documentation and marks belong to their owner or licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service while your account is active.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, decompile or build a substitute service from protected parts of Fixit, except where law expressly allows it. Voluntary feedback may be used to improve the service without disclosing confidential information.

10. Third-party services

Fixit relies on external networks, platforms and providers such as Meta/WhatsApp, telephony, AI, cloud, email and payments. Their own terms may apply. We do not control their changes, outages or decisions, but will work to inform you and offer reasonable alternatives where possible.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may maintain systems, correct defects, update models, change integrations or withdraw features for security, legal or technical reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Fixit and cancel under your plan. We may restrict or suspend an account for non-payment, security risk, illegal use, material breach or a provider or authority requirement. Where circumstances allow, we will notify you and offer a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue.

Permanently closing an account ends the right of use; cancelling only paid renewal does not close the account or remove the free calendar or paid, unrefunded balance. Data export or deletion is handled under the plan, Privacy Policy, customer instructions and applicable legal obligations.

13. Warranties and liability

Fixit is provided with the reasonable care expected of a technology service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee every AI answer, third-party approval or that the service alone fulfils the business's obligations.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, each party is responsible for foreseeable direct loss caused by its breach and must take reasonable steps to reduce it. Specific limits in a business order prevail for that purchase.

14. Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the applicable law, without affecting any mandatory rights available to the user. We will try to resolve disputes in good faith before using the competent forum. We may update these terms and will publish the current date here. Contact info@ashspark.com.
